One-Piece Aluminum Body Design: The body is CNC machined from a single billet of aluminum, ensuring maximum strength while reducing unnecessary bulk for a compact size.
Anodized Piston and Viton O-Rings: The 52.5mm one-piece aluminum piston slides over an anodized bore, which provides a hard, low-friction surface for smooth, long-lasting operation. GFB's exclusive Viton O-rings provide excellent sealing, even under extreme pressure and temperature conditions.
Piston vs. Diaphragm Design: Unlike diaphragm designs, the SV52 uses a piston, which offers increased strength and reliability in high-boost environments. While diaphragms can fail under repeated pressure and rapid cycling, the piston is designed to operate smoothly under frequent pressure reversals, ensuring maximum longevity.
Compact Mounting Method: The unique design reduces the overall valve height by placing the piston and vent ports lower, eliminating the need for V-band mounts. This reduces the SV52's footprint while maintaining its peak performance.
