This BMW M47 Aluminum Intake Flap Delete Kit with 22mm Flaps is made from high quality 6082T6 aluminum, specifically designed for BMW M47 four-cylinder engines. It removes fragile and restrictive intake flaps, which under certain conditions can wear prematurely or restrict airflow.
- Material : 6082T6 billet aluminum, durable and heat resistant
- Seals : Viton O-rings and manifold gaskets , providing high resistance to engine oils and temperature variations
- Flap dimensions : 22 mm (only compatible with 22 mm flap motors)
Compatible engines include BMW models equipped with M47N, M47TU, and M47TUD20 diesel engines. Compatible models include:
- BMW 3 Series E46 320d/318d (2001-2005)
- BMW X3 E83 2.0d (until the end of 2006 for the M47N, and since 2006 for the M47TU2D20)
- BMW 5 Series E60/E61 520d
- BMW 1 Series E87 120d
- BMW 3 Series E90/E91 32
